Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed until 20 February to submit to the government proposals on the revision of the national projects and programmes. According to the official website of the Cabinet, the instruction was given to the implementation of provisions of the message of President Vladimir Putin to the Parliament.
Mikhail Mishustin also instructed to amend the law on the Federal budget for the next two years and the law on the budget of the Pension Fund. As the document says, “for the purpose of implementing the presidential address to the Federal Assembly”. Also, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the decree about new structure of the government apparatus. As stated in the document, this is done to improve the organization of work of the Cabinet.

The Deputy Prime Minister is mandated to approve matters within the sphere of management of structural subdivisions of government , as well as the staffing and structure of the relevant units.
