Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed until 20 February to submit to the government proposals on the revision of the national projects and programmes. So, the maximum number of employees of staff of the government will amount to 1545 people. The chief of staff of the government of the Russian Federation may have 11 deputies. The Deputy Prime Minister is mandated to approve matters within the sphere of management of structural subdivisions of government , as well as the staffing and structure of the relevant units.
