COVID-19 getting to the kids? In Gubkinskiy on quarantine closed kindergarten “Firefly” due to the coronavirus. As it turned out, one of the employees previously had contact with the patient, transfers STRC “Yamal”.
“We’re talking about the health of children, so the delay is in this case impossible. The decision to close the kindergarten was taken immediately”, — says the head of the Gubkin Andrey Garanin.
All pupils and staff “Firefly”, as well as their family members were examined for coronavirus. They are in isolation. The results will be announced in the near future. In the kindergarten will carry out a full disinfection, said in the city administration.
According to the latest data, for the entire period on the Yamal Peninsula was recorded 2281 case of coronavirus. 360 patients are being treated. 11 people in serious condition, 7 is connected to the ventilator. Most cases are in satisfactory condition.
For the past day in the Yamal identified 48 new cases of community-acquired pneumonia, each patient examined for coronavirus. Nine tests were positive. In the laboratories of the region conducted more than 115 thousand tests COVID-19.
