Germany does not want to join the US policy of maximum pressure on Iran. This was said yesterday by the Minister of defence of the country. Earlier the Minister of defence of Germany has confirmed that the United States threaten to impose duties on the export of cars from the EU at 25%, if Britain, France and Germany will continue to support the joint comprehensive plan of action on the Iranian atom, reports channel “Russia 24”.
“We do not share the US policy of maximum pressure on Iran. Our task is to find a solution to the Iranian conflict. The aim is to force Iran to abide by their commitments on the nuclear deal. And we are trying to achieve this goal through diplomatic means,” said Annegret Kramp-of Karrenbauer, the Minister of defence of Germany.
