In the state Duma in a new wording introduced a bill allowing to conclude an employment contract electronically and also to apply for leave or dismissal, RIA.
One of the authors of the document — the head of the Duma Committee on state construction and the legislation Paul Krasheninnikov has reminded that the bill was already introduced in July, but the government pointed to the required revision based on the comments prior to consideration on first reading.
the Bill proposes to introduce a new article 15.1 of the labour code enshrining the General provisions of legally significant messages.
According to the parliamentarian, the employer is obliged to ensure the storage of all legally significant messages and copies received from the employee.
In the case of the adoption of the bill will come into force on 1 October 2020.
