the Head of state stressed that such a decision is the exception and is temporary. As for the exam, Putin noted that to apply its results will be available in a few universities and without personal presence.
During the exam will be complied with additional safety measures. All transfer points will be equipped with individual means of protection, and distance between the participants of the exam will be at least five feet. All spaces will be pre-disinfected.
