Russian President Vladimir Putin offered to provide the Russians with free access to key Russian Internet resources and services. This project will be implemented “Affordable Internet”.
“Russia is one of the few countries in the world where there are social networks, messengers and other national online resources. The proposed project Affordable Internet. People will not have to pay for the Network access for Internet traffic”, — said the head of state, acting with the message to the Federal Assembly.
This, according to Putin, will become a competitive advantage in Russia, will create new opportunities for education, creativity, communication and participation of people in the country.
