According to the investigation, from October to November 2018, the Ministry of health of the Saratov region concluded three government contracts for the supply of eighteen ultrasound machines. At the time of the signing, Mazin and other officials were informed that the equipment does not meet the conditions of the state contract. Despite this, the Minister and other officers gave instructions to chief physicians to make medical products. The consequence considers that Masina acted contrary to the interests of the services in favor of the supplier. The Minister of health of the Saratov region organized the payment of the equipment, thereby causing damage to the budget for the sum more than 53 million rubles.
