On the third floor of one of apartment houses had spotted the boy, who was sitting on the sill of the open window and could fall out of it, reports GTRK “Karelia”. To help the child came staff fire-rescue units of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Karelia, which saved the child.
the Agency draws the attention of parents the need to pay more attention to their children, not leave them unattended at home alone, and the ventilation of the apartment to equip the window with a special protective grids which are able to withstand not only the weight of the child, but to prevent the tragedy from an adult.
