the Initiative on payments for children from 3 to 16 years belongs to the President, reported the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov in an interview with Paul Zarubino, the author of the program “Moscow. The Kremlin. Putin” on TV channel “Russia 1”.
“It’s the President’s own initiative, and not only so,” — said Peskov.
He said that such decisions “will not be accepted unsubstantiated”. “This is a) to help the needy, b) to help those who, say, helps demographics, to help those who remained without work”, — said the representative of the Kremlin.
“It’s a family with kids, and this is something that is appreciated and so necessary to our country,” he added.
