Vladimir Zhirinovsky and other members of the liberal democratic party introduced to the state Duma a bill providing benefits for Housewives. According to the document, monthly should be equal to the minimum wage.
the Allowance is supposed to pay one member of a family, if the income it does not exceed twice the minimum subsistence level in the region, RIA Novosti reported. This payment is put to a person engaged in household chores — cleaning house, cooking, caring for children, invalids since childhood of group I, elderly parents.
According to the document, the order shall determine the Ministry of labor. Application for benefits can be submitted to the social protection agencies or via the MFC. If the law is adopted, it will enter into force on 1 January next year. Such payments will contribute to social stability in the society, assured the parliamentarians.
