Russian leader Vladimir Putin arrived in Germany. In the capital of Germany will host an international conference on Libya, the aim of which is the speedy reconciliation of the parties to the conflict and a way out of crisis.

Before the conference, Putin will meet with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, reports “Interfax”.
Earlier, Moscow said that Western partners are now engaged in the settlement of the crisis that they themselves provoked.
“the Libyan state was bombed by NATO in 2011, and the consequences of this adventure — criminal, illegal adventure — we are reaping today”, — said the Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, in assessing the upcoming international meeting.
