On Sakhalin island off the coast of Mordvinov Gulf, about 600 fishermen of the coast was cut off from the shore on a breakaway ice floe.

According to the information of EMERCOM of Russia, the crack in the ice up to a width of 10 meters was formed in the beginning of the squeezing of the tide and wind, reports TASS. At the emergency rescuers arrived 20 with 16 pieces of equipment.
