the Russian defense Ministry denied the statement of the us military about the dangerous rapprochement of the Russian ship destroyer “Farragut” in the Northern part of the Arabian sea.
the Ministry said that an American destroyer, being left on the course, flagrantly violated the rules, to make the maneuver to cross the course. A collision was averted only due to the professionalism of the sailors.
“the Unprofessional actions of the crew of the USS are conscious violation of international norms of Maritime security”, — stressed in the Russian defense Ministry.
Earlier, the press service of the 5th fleet of the US Navy announced that on January 9, during the planned operations to the American destroyer allegedly “aggressively approached a Russian naval ship”.
