according to RIA news, that the public was informed by press Secretary of the Gagarin court of Moscow Anastasia Igoshina.
His lawyer, Georgy Antonov Povalko said that the investigation Department of the UVD for South-Western administrative district of Moscow put forward a motion on detention of his client. The lawyer said that the charges of abuse of office with causing of heavy consequences does not provide for such a measure.

Alexander Povalko was appointed General Director of the Russian venture company on 23 December 2016. Prior to that, he held the position of Deputy Minister of education and science of the Russian Federation, where he was responsible for the Department of Finance, strategy, management programs and competitive procedures of accounting.
