According to the instructions of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin the procedure of import of unregistered medicines containing psychotropic substances should be approved before March 1, 2020, RIA Novosti reported.
“the Government of the Russian Federation to approve the procedure of import in the Russian Federation of specific batch of the unregistered pharmaceuticals containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances for medical assistance for health reasons a particular patient or group of patients, and to ensure the approval of the list of diseases and conditions and pharmaceutical preparations containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, to implement the import of such drugs in the Russian Federation”, — said in the text of the instructions.
