Khoroshevsky court of Moscow sentenced the founder of “NT-Pharma” Rustam Ataullakhanov and CEO Jane Sultanova for the theft of 1 billion rubles from RUSNANO to 8 and 5 years of imprisonment, reports TASS.
the Court agreed with the arguments of the investigation that involved in the case lied to the representatives of the company “RUSNANO”, promising to build by September 2012 in Pereslavl district of the Yaroslavl region plant for the production of vaccines and therapeutic biologics and kidnapped allocated for these purposes of money.
the case also is a former mayor of Pereslavl-Zalessky Denis Koshurnikov, who is accused that sold in 2011 Ataullakhanov and Sultanov land to create the appearance of executing the project, which is located within the national Park “Plescheevo lake.” In this area the building is prohibited without prior written
coordination with the Ministry of natural resources and ecology of the Russian Federation, however, such permission was issued by the ex-mayor.
