In December 2019, the mother of the victim appealed to court with the claim about collecting of indemnification of moral harm in the amount of 10 million rubles, as well as material damage — 144 936 rubles. As a result, the court decided to recover from the defendants 5 million rubles in compensation for moral harm and 50 thousand rubles in compensation for material.
the Tragic incident occurred in August 2018. Four teenagers aged 14 to 16 years, and their 13-year-old friend met on the street unknown to them a young man with disabilities. To the disabled minors were asked to buy cigarettes for them, and in the shop he offered to go through the garages. There they severely beat the victim. In the attack Dmitry Rudakov died on the spot.
In April 2019 teenagers sentenced to prison terms ranging from 8.5 to 9 years and 9 months. Criminals serve their sentences in a correctional colony.
