16-year-old resident of Izhevsk sentenced to two years in a penal colony for beating and extortion, RIA Novosti reported.
In December 2019 after beating peers and extorting money from a minor girl was involved in two criminal cases.
the Case received wide publicity after one of the participants in the massacre have posted the video with the beating in one of the social networks.
According to investigators, in October, along with other students she beat 17-year-old friend, abused her with the use of the Taser. Also, investigators found that the girl was repeatedly extorted money from minors with violence.
Other members of the attack because of their age cannot be held criminally liable.
