Investigators brought final charges against co-owner of the Kemerovo shopping centre, “Winter cherry” Vyacheslav Vishnevsky, reported the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. He is charged with bribery.
According to the investigation, Vyacheslav Vishnevsky accused of bribing an organized criminal group headed by the chief of inspection of state construction supervision of Kemerovo region Tanzilia Komkova.

After the tragedy, Vyacheslav Vishnevskiy escaped from Russia and was declared internationally wanted. In March 2019 he was detained on the territory of Poland, then the prosecutors sent to the Polish authorities request for his extradition.
