Dr. Myasnikov told to whom fasting is contraindicated strongly

Alexander Myasnikov has made it clear that if a person wants to lose weight and improve health, the consumption of calories per day should not be less than 500, better – 800.

Previously, when there was still surgery on the stomach, and people with much more weight could “strip away fat”, that fasting was used to save people.

“And now there are drug therapy, operations to reduce the stomach, and the way of fasting for us is closed because it is a blow to the body without a single use”, — concludes a famous doctor and television presenter.
